Well this happens in a few ways.
1. You didn't check the 2 boxes when the beginning setup.
2. Didn't load all the way or processing was interrupted
How to fix the first on is to go into chill tv settings
Then in to Playlist find your server that your on. Click on it. Then find xtrem codes parameters. Go in it there. Make sure include tv channels and vid are both checked. Now once they are checked. Press the back button. Go to the bottom and click update Playlist and wait up to 3 mins
If you thing the play list didn't load all the way or interrupted. You need to get into your device settings, find chill tv, clear data and do a force stop and start over
