This can be caused by many things.the cost common is the using the wrong service.
1. Example someone using their username and password on extreme when they have omega service - double check your information in your client portal. Find out what service that you have
2. Entering the username or password wrong. The username and password is case sensitive and sometimes this gets entered wrong. Please go in to your client area and check your username and password
3. Isp (internet service provider) blockage. Try using a free vpn like proton vpn to see if this works first.
4. Devices blocking. Firestick and other fire devices are blocking app that are not registered with amazon.
5. Speed of internet. I have seen people using tmobile internet and getting throttled down to less than 5 meg of speed. This causes the server to timeout.
6. ISP equipment . They like to block 3rd party apps. Again a free vpn will help with this
